Since December 2025, CENs will be sent to OSAC via the EMPIC web service, eliminating the need to submit the AC 158 form that was previously required.

To use the EMPIC web service for CEN submission:

  • Organizations must declare to OSAC the person(s) authorized to submit CENs by submitting the information here.
     
  • Independent PENs must create an account by submitting the required information here.
