OSAC provides several services to foreign users.

Part-66 Licence

The Part-66 license is the official European document issued by OSAC under the authority of EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) that allows any aeronautical technician to operate within a company.

It is obtained in a Part-147 approved organization (EASA aeronautical training center standard) by justifying theoretical and practical regulatory training or by recognition of experience.

Onboard documents

OSAC offers services to request duplicates of onboard aircraft documents for EASA or Annex1 aircraft in the case of loss or theft.

Maintenance Program

OSAC offers services enabling foreign Part-CAMO and Part-CAO organisations that manage the continuing airworthiness of a french aircraft to send the Maintenance Programme (AMP) for approval.

Airworthiness Review Certificate

Since December 2025, CENs will be sent to OSAC via the EMPIC web service, eliminating the need to submit the AC 158 form that was previously required.
